Record in seconds
A keypad made for amounts — with a 000 key — then a category and a wallet. That’s the whole form.

Simple spending notes, kept in your private iCloud
Money Note does one thing: it keeps an honest record of where your money went. Tap +, type the amount, pick a category — done. Your month can start on payday instead of the 1st, recurring bills record themselves, and everything stays in your own iCloud.

Already keeping a spending log somewhere else? Money Note brings it over from that app’s own export or report — wallets, categories, transfers and balances, with every wallet checked against the file before anything is saved. (Learn more)
Cash, bank accounts, e-wallets and credit cards. A card is simply a wallet that goes negative: you see what you owe, and the limit is a reminder, never a block.
Count from payday instead of the 1st. Each wallet can have its own start day, so a credit card follows its statement.
Salary, rent, the phone bill. Due entries are recorded when you open the app, with a reminder beforehand — and never twice, even across two devices.
Every plan you pay for, what it costs per month, free trials ending soon, and the ones you cancelled — kept, so you remember when you stopped paying.
Move money between wallets or pay off a card. Transfers never count as income or spending; an optional fee is recorded as its own expense.
Each wallet keeps the currency it was created in, and totals are grouped per currency — different currencies are never added together.
Find any entry by note or category, accents optional. Filter history by period, by income or spending, by category.
iPhone and iPad stay in step through your private iCloud. There is no account to create and no server of ours in between.
Most money apps cut the month on the 1st. Yours might start on payday, or a credit card might close its statement on the 25th. Pick the day once — for the whole app or per wallet — and every total follows it.

Money Note stays small so recording stays fast. When in doubt, a feature doesn’t go in.
Money Note collects nothing. Your wallets and transactions live on your device and in your own private iCloud, which only you can read — not us.
